Service Delivery Manager - Middlesex

Our client. a well known oil and gas company are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join them on a temporary basis.


Day to day management of the Service Desk service * Lead on new joiner process enhancements * Review of daily, weekly and monthly performance with their supplier * Continuing OLA Development with our SDOs in conjunction with vendor management * Continuing development of service reporting, ensuring actions identified by an external audit are undertaken. * Customer satisfaction survey review and analysis * Escalation process review and analysis * Misroutes review and analysis * Risk Champion for the service desk * Service Design and Service Introduction for projects transitioning into BAU ISD support including * Assist with a review and challenge of ISD costs.

Qualifications
ITIL Foundation Certificate (V3), plus any ITIL Intermediate or Practitioner Certificate (V2 or V3)
