My client based in Buckinghamshire is looking to on-board a PMO Support Analyst to provide project and administrative support for the IT Project Management Office .
Duties will include:
· Set up project files, complies and distributes reports
· Provide administrative and secretariat services to projects/ Portfolio Governance Groups, project assurance teams and quality review meetings
· Provides guidance on project management software, procedures, processed , tools and techniques.
· Manage portfolio and project files from supplied aal and forecast data.
· Extraction, manipulation and reporting of timesheets
· Collection of consolidation RAID information
· Extraction and tracking of financial spend data
· Support team Managers in resource scheduling
Candidates must have knowledge of:
· Experience of working in a busy PMO handling 50+ concurrent projects in an IT programme or Portfolio managements environment
· Good awareness of modern system development and project methodologies, practices and approaches and strong understanding of the IT project life cycle.
· Broad understanding of the use of IT in business, with some ability to understand and explain technical IT issues.
· Confident use of Excel, Word, SharePoint, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
