If so, our client has the perfect opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join their accounts team in Langholm, Dumfriesshire. Reporting to the Senior Group Management Accountant, you will assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts and shop accounts.
Key Responsibilities will include:
· Producing management accounts for one company (within this retailers umbrella of companies)
· Providing support to regional controllers and taking control of financial reporting
· Answering queries from retail outlets
· Producing information for finance reviews
· Liaising with multiple departments to ensure all accruals are in place
We are looking for a high calibre candidate who has preferably completed their ACCA or CIMA qualification. Previous work experience within practice is beneficial, however not essential. This is an exciting role within a vibrant firm which is ideal for newly qualified accountant to kick start their career!
