Service Desk Analyst/IT/1st Line/Call Logging/£17-19K-Cambridge-This is a great opportunity to work for a finance company in a support capacity. The post holder will be the first point of contact for IT related issues and will be responsible for solving basic issues and appropriately and efficiently escalating more complex issues. You will be expected to take around 30-50 calls per day and answer them in a friendly manner.
