Our client is looking for someone to manage the confidential talent data as part of a high priority review of contracts. The suitable candidate should have Advanced Excel and Access skills that fall in line with data analysis and manipulation.
Candidates must be able to come up with resolutions and ways to display and manipulate data effectively and efficiently. They will be working as part of a project team and need to be personable. The manager talked about the ideal background or responsibilities of the suitable candidate to be 'a creative statistician' who can rationalise data.
They must be comfortable managing thousands of lines of data that they will need to manipulate and problem solve to give an answer.
They need to be trustworthy, professional and discrete to deal with highly confidential information.
Candidates must be available to interview on Friday 1st Feb 2013 and start on Monday 4th Feb.
