Service Delivery Manager - eCommerce, ITIL, Agile - £55k + Benefits
A vibrant, growing North West eCommerce retailer, are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team in Bolton.
The successful applicant will must have experience in a Senior Service Delivery or Service Delivery Management position with demonstrable experience of supporting the services of applications not just infrastructure, although if you have strong experience supporting both the services of applications AND infrastructure this would be ideal.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience with prioritisation work, solid-knowledge of ITIL and Agile best practices and preferably with previous experience within an eCommerce and/or retail environment.
