My client is a leading technology business who continue to their growth plans for this year. One of the areas they wish to develop is their Salesforce.com capability. They need someone who knows their away around Salesforce.com and is very technical in regards to how to get the best from it, as its worked through the Sales department, Operations department and IT environment.
There are a number of technical developments that need doing, some of which include some very large projects. In terms of Salesforce, my client is currently using both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud with some custom developed applications. They are using Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Live Chat, Clicktools, Knowledge Base, Customer Portal, Conga Composer, Electronic Signatures and over the year ahead hope to optimise their use of the platform even further.
They also have an ongoing project to develop a Salesforce portal for their Brokers who deal with their SME Customers.
It is the technical Salesforce skills we need, as well as good Business Analysis and project skills.
You will need to prove your technical Salesforce.com skills and be able to gather requirements from different parts of the business and turn them into technical specifications - then deliver the technical upgrades and developments - whilst keeping the IT teams up to date with the overall plans.
