Digital Product Manager - Agile - 3 month FTC My client is a media organisation with an exciting mix of market leading brands, great talent and technology. This 3 month fixed term contract position will be to product manage the digital initiatives of the organisations largest brand, being able to successfully translate offline products, to Online. Typically, you will be running requirements gathering, liaising with stakeholders, agreeing the customer experience, working with designers, editors and developers to create this, and project managing the delivery of the solution. Across all work, the role involves championing the customer experience to create the best journeys for existing and new customers. Your responsibilities will be:- Working in a small team with the Senior Product Manager - Running the weekly sprints and leading the daily scrums- Managing the technical support queries from site users- Sprint planning- Working with larger cross-department teams to deliver medium to large scale functional initiatives on the site I am looking for someone who has experience of managing online products, has a strong understanding of the technical development process in delivering digital initiatives and e-commerce. You must be comfortable in managing large groups of stakeholders, have experience of leading Agile projects and a passion for creating great customer experiences online.
