Service Desk Analyst required by my University client based in Central London.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will join an established team supporting a large user base on core Microsoft technologies as well as bespoke applications.
In order to be successful the Service Desk Analyst will need to have proven experience of providing first line support in a busy, structured environment as well good knowledge of Windows XP, Office, Outlook and Active Directory.
