Interim SAP Implementation and Business Change Manager - 24 month contract - West Yorkshire.
A high profile and business critical interim opportunity has come up with one of my clients in West Yorkshire who are seeking an interim Head of SAP Business Change and Implementation to deliver the SAP target operating model, and manage the associated business change and transformation.
This role will be responsible for driving and delivering the implementation of a single SAP instance across the UK operations initially, whilst also managing the associated business change and transformation. There may be further scope for the successful candidate to deliver the remaining global implementations across the Group.
To be considered you must have extensive experience of delivering multiple full-life cycle SAP implementations, specifically within a business with a complex international supply chain.
SAP Module experience/knowledge should include:
* SDM
* FiCo
* MM
* WM
* CRM
* BI
* APO / SCM
You will need to work closely with the business, the systems integrator and the programme team to deliver the specified SAP system and Change, taking into consideration the specific requirements of the business and complexity whilst ensuring SAP remains as standard as possible, minimising the amount of bespoke and customisation required.
This complexity will include: multiple brands, multiple product ranges, multiple UK & International locations, production and manufacturing, legacy systems, and price sensitivity to name just a few.
Essential Skills:
* Significant experience of multiple ERP system implementations.
* Significant Program/Project management experience.
* Excellent Supply Chain process knowledge.
* Experience in organisations supplying multiple channels with shared stock items.
* Excellent communication skills
* Extensive experience leading change management teams, internal and vendors.
* Knowledge of Change Management through the delivery of an SAP implementation across supply chain and sales.
* Considerable experience and proven track record in a lead change management role, with proven experience of change management in a global organization.
