Business Analyst/Product Owner - My client is a major publisher and is looking for a seasoned Agile Business Analyst / Product Owner to work on large, high-visibility, cross-functional projects of high business importance. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in gathering requirements, documenting these requirements effectively and is then able to fully articulate such requirements to all senior levels of the business. You will be working on a high profile transformational programme and have the chance to work on critical projects with people who are exceptional in their field. This is a very fast dynamic environment and will suit an energetic personality who can deliver under pressure and present to senior stakeholders.Primary responsibilities:· Translating business requirements to create system requirements which will be used to deliver solutions· Supporting the market and leading edge technology solutions. · Development and delivery of training content.· Test script development.· Business case and benefits management through defining and prioritising requirements based on business benefits.· Process design experience demonstrated by challenging and driving efficient process design· Understanding of business operational impacts and providing solutions to address these.· Stakeholder management· Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions Work as part of a larger programme team to deliver the expected outputs to an agreed timescale.We are looking for someone who is a positive, experience, technical minded and passionate person to join the team and make a difference.
