Java Lead Developer, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Structuring, Front Office, Server side development
Leading Investment back require a permanent Java technical lead to run Structuring technology for Fixed Income.
The role will be initially working on the strategic pricing and workflow system for Fixed Income Structuring. The underlying analytics are provided by the Quant library. The team currently provide tools for the pricing and workflow management when working on new deals.
Salary - up to £95,000 per annum + bonus and benefits
Responsibilities will include some of the below:
* Being the Java technical lead for Structuring technology
* Providing close technical leadership of 2 remote development teams
* Full participation in all aspects of application development from analysis, design and development through to testing and deployment to production.
* Producing unit tests as part of the development process.
* Provide 2nd line assistance to the production support team in diagnosing and debugging issues which arise in both the Production environments.
Key Skills:
* Strong Java Server Side development
* Front Office
* Rates or FX
* Previous leadership experience is a MUST
