This is a superb opportunity for a very commercial HR Business Partner who has operated within a large complex matrix HR structure and has key deliverables/achievements in terms of partnering a white collar client group. There are a number of restructures and reorganisations happening within the business - some of which will be within your client area and so the successful candidate has to have extensive change management and organisational development experience and coaching and upskilling of Managers.
