Job skills and Knowledge - (Essential)
Experience of structured testing methodologies.
An understanding of client-server application design, and exposure to concepts of middleware.
Knowledge of the software system life cycle including system testing and user acceptance testing; this
should have been gained through work on large scale web development projects.
Excellent knowledge of:
* C++, Java and/or .Net 1.1/2.0, ASP.NET
* SQL and T-SQL
* DB: 2 out of Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL Server
* Operating Systems: Windows Server
* Experience of working with a source code control system such as Microsoft VSS, Subversion,
Rational Clearcase, or similar
* Strong analysis skills
* Understanding of Security and Permissioning within the operating systems and applications
