Interim Senior HR Advisor/Business Partner

A market leading, professional services organisation is currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to offer effective and high quality strategic and operational HR support across their business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide advice and guidance to all senior stakeholders (up to Director level), discussing business and people issues
· Advise and support all line managers on the entire employee life cycle
· Ensure business complies with all employment legislation and requirements of the regulatory body, understanding all terms & conditions. Including; equal opportunities, age discrimination etc.
· Address specific training requirements by recommending, designing and delivering effective materials
· Use the HR database to design ad-hoc reports and produce regular and statistical MI data
· Provide on-going support and consultations in the face of organisational change
· Ensure HR policies & procedures are in place, up to date and communicated to all employees
Key Characteristics & Experience:
· CIPD qualified or equivalent
· Experience of working in a large professional services organisation
· Strong understanding and practice of employment legislation
· Ability to influence, coach and advise all senior stakeholders and mid/senior level management
· Strong administration, organisational and IT skills
You will already have experience in a Senior HR Advisor role within a professional services organisation. You will be confident, proactive and positive in your approach with highly developed advisory/partnering skills.
