1st line Shift Engineer/ first point of contact technical support/ CCNA Service Desk Analyst My client is a network managed services provider and is looking for a CCNA Service Desk Analyst to act as a first point of contact for customer technical issues. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and experience within a 24/7/365 ITIL support environment. Experience ideally within ISP/Telecoms industry. MPLS VPN, TCP/IP CCNA networking. This is an office based role providing 1st line Service Desk support in a technical environment.
