This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on IT Manager / Service Manager to join an iconic and historic Private Hospital based in central London.
The IT Manager / Service Manager must come from a strong technical background as you will work in a very small team, therefore must have hands on experience with Windows Server 2003/2008, AD, Exchange 2007+, SQL & VMware.
There is also a strategic aspect to this role so previous experience managing/improving service levels, project management, managing 3rd party relationships & budget management is essential.
The IT Manager / Service Manager will support a user base of 200+ and be responsible for 1 Desktop Engineer so it’s imperative that you’re comfortable working in a small team/environment.
IT Manager / Service Managers who wish to be considered for this position must display the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a IT Manager / Service Manager type role
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008, AD, Exchange 2007+
- Good knowledge of VMware ESX
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Experience working within a Hospital / Healthcare (beneficial)
