Regional HR Manager - South

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a highly commercial business environment experiencing positive change and growth. Working closely with a Senior HR Business Partner, your role as HR Manager is to provide front-line operational advice across the generalist remit with a heavy focus on effective Employee Relations management. You will enjoy a varied role that is critical to the success of customer relationships and business objectives, offering an opportunity to get involved in areas such as Talent and Development activity, succession planning and organisational change.


Responsibilities
* Support line managers in the effective management of Employee Relations issues of both a ';volume’ and high risk, complex nature.
* Work closely with HR colleagues including Central HR functions to share information, best practice and formulate plans for continuous improvement
* Take responsibility for service levels of HR Administration, through effective management of team and workload
* To actively develop team members and promote internal talent and succession plans
* Support the business and wider HR community on ad-hoc project work to include systems and process implementation and organisational change such as TUPE
* Ensure integrity of people data and provide MI and reporting
* Formulate and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers, including liaison with key business leaders and HR Business Partners
* Support on key business changes including redundancy, restructure and redeployment
* Balance priorities in line with business need within a fast-paced, highly customer focussed business

Knowledge skills & experience
* Significant experience in Regional HR Generalist roles within fast-paced commercial environments
* Demonstrable experience and strengths in Employee Relations management to include volume casework
* Flexible approach to responding to changing business needs, with experience of working across multiple sites
* CIPD qualified (preferable)
* Experience of managing change involving people, process and wider business stakeholders
* Ability to demonstrate a commercial understanding of business, as well as people challenges
