Credit Support Manager

Harvey Nash Finance are currently recruiting for a Credit Manager to join a Midlands based Company on an immediate basis.

Role / Responsibilities;

Reporting to the Head of Credit, you will responsible for leading the Credit Support Function (approx 10 reports) which include the query and administration team, a cash team and small debt recovery team. You will be responsible for managing, leading, engaging and developing the team, supporting the Head of Credit with the strategic change agenda whilst ensuring focus is maintained in keys area including SLA for resolution queries and debtor days.

Person Specification;

Previous and proven experience within Credit Management
Leading / Managing a Credit Function with up to 12 reports
Ability to work with high degrees of change
Ability to drive and influence a team
Experience of making significant change in outstanding sales ledger queries
Experience of working with Six sigma (or similar) continuous improvement models
Previous management experience gained within a Shared Service Centre

Remuneration;

Permanent, Full Time role
Salary c£43,000 to £47,000 depending on experience
