Virtualisation Specialist (VMware/Hyper V/Cloud) - required strong in VMware ESX / ESXi $ & 5 including design, installation and configuration to work for my highly established online / web based client based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Virtualisation and Infrastructure Support Specialist to come join my world leading international client to work as part of a global team. You will be managing and supporting the clients VMware based Datacenter and SAN environment. Therefore you will need strong support and troubleshooting skills coupled with in-depth experience in designing, building, deploying, documenting and experience supporting large world-class enterprise-level virtualization solutions. To apply candidates must have experience in:
· Previous VMware design experience.
· Have VMware vSphere ESX/ESXi 4 & 5 experience, installing and configuring, design and in-depth operation experience.
· Have strong 3rd level hands-on experience with implementing and managing VMware infrastructures.
· VMware Capacity management/forecasting.
· Understanding & experience of using VMware Networking, VDS, VLAN Trunking.
· Microsoft background, certification or experienced.
· Knowledge of VMware products such as Capacity IQ / vCenter Heartbeat / Configuration manager / Infrastructure navigator.
