Our client, a high profile oil and gas orgaisation require a Senior Demand Planning Analyst / Demand Planning Analystto join them on a temporary basis.
As part of Enterprise Systems PMO - Demand & Supply team, the key accountabilities are:
1. Work with internal and broader IT&S stakeholders vi.z the Programmes of Work, in the Resource Management capacity, to capture Enterprise Systems (SAP) resource demand throughout the project lifecycle, to include planned and unplanned demand.
2. Provide support, control and governance of the Resource Management process through the provision and utilisation of correct demand capture tools
3. Ensure that Enterprise Systems (SAP) resource demand is both captured and submitted in a timely and accurate manner to ensure optimised resource utilisation
4. Facilitation of verification and qualification of the demand to ensure that resources are available at the right stages in the project
5. Resource management MI data reporting and analysis to include status of open roles, resource utilisation and role fulfilment issues
6. Review the consolidated resource data weekly and work with off-shore teams to ensure data quality
7. Work with the Programmes to capture demand for the following year, as part of the annual planning cycle, to inform Portfolio do-ability
8. Work to continually improve the Resource Management process and tools through working with both internal and external stakeholders
9. Attend team and other mandatory meetings as stipulated by the Management.
10. Work closely with Demand Team Lead to ensure all risks are raised and appropriately managed
