My client, based in the Midlands, has issued a request for a Business Systems Support Analyst to work in the Business Systems Support team. Your main responsibilities will include providing support services to the business as required and being responsible for supporting the Company's applications and middleware systems. In addition you will be ensuring performance, availability, security and continuity are met at all times.
You will be required to implement and ensure compliance with the company change control procedure and proactively monitoring and administering live environments to create a excellent level of service.
The skill set required is as follows:
*Experience with Java or Websphere or Weblogic is essential
*Good working knowledge of Maximo systems would be beneficial but NOT essential
*Good SQL knowledge (both T-SQL and Oracle) would be advantageous
*Ability to work under pressure and to SLAs
