C# Developer required urgently for a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in the City.
The role will suit a strong C# developer with broad IT skills and experience in both front end and back end (server side) development who will design and build new tools for a range of front office tasks.
You will gather the requirements directly from the end users on the trading floor and in doing so will gain insight into the business and trading processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic developer interested in learning about the physical commodities business.
Experience:
Proven experience in the following areas are absolute requirements:
* C# application development, both front end and back end (server side)
* Power, Derivatives, Risk
* SQL experience in either SQL Server
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with non-technical business and IT staff at all levels of the company
