Recruitment Manager

A leading organisation in its industry, my client is currently recruiting an innovative and creative Recruitment Manager to join their team. The established Recruitment Manager will be responsible for high volume recruitment campaigns ensuring that the best talent is recruited for their national teams and promoting recruitment best practice across the business. This role will require national travel and the occasional overnight stay.
Key Accountabilities:
· Resource plan to identify and clarify the hiring needs of each location across the UK, planning where candidates will be sourced from, in what numbers and how this will be achieved
· Improve and build upon direct sourcing opportunities utilising innovative and creative candidate attraction tools
· Design relevant interview formats ensuring that interviewers and lead recruiters are trained and coached to deliver the interviews and recruitment sessions when required
· Manage the resourcing budget, ensuring maximum output and cost effectiveness is achieved for each recruitment campaign
· Ensure legal compliance is met but undertaking relevant security checks on all candidates
· Lead, motivate and manage a team of 4 recruitment administrators ensuring they are working in the most efficient and effective manner
Key Characteristics & Experience:
· Previous experience in a volume driven, internal recruitment role is essential
· Experience of designing and implementing creative, new selection methods
· Strong customer service focus and excellent stakeholder management skills
· Previous people management experience is desirable but not essential
· Valid UK driving license
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
You will already have experience in an internal recruitment role and you possess the knowledge and experience to drive high volume recruitment campaigns. You will confident, proactive and passionate about recruitment. A flexible approach and ';can do’ attitude is essential for this role.
