(6 month contract to permanent opportunity)Complex IT bids that cover Hosting (managed and cloud), WAN and Unified Communications.My Client is a global ISP and is looking for a Bid Manager to be responsible for qualifying potential bids, building Win Strategies and leading virtual bid teams to produce quality and professional bid responses on large and complex mpls network, voice/ Unified Communications and hosted services projects. The Bid Manager owns and manages the bid plan and is the guardian of the bespoke value proposition developed in a profitable and sustainable manner to meet identified & qualified customer needs. The right candidate will have strong Virtual Team Management skills, setting up and resourcing all work streams required to bid and contract for complex managed IT bids. Skills in qualifying opportunities and developing win strategies. Experience in leading the commercial offers provided to customers (supported by a commercial finance individual that will actually complete financial modelling, the BM should lead the build of the commercial offer from a strategic perspective). Excellence in producing best in class bids that provides clear value propositions and business benefits. Experience in managing complex IT bids that cover Hosting (managed and cloud), WAN and Unified Communications. The individual should also be happy to be customer facing.![]()
