1st Line Support Analyst - SQL, Support analyst, Supporting applications, Queries, SQL Server
One of the worlds leading Education Companies is looking for a support analyst to join their highly successful team in Rochester. They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who has at least 1 years experience working as a support analyst, working with SQL and Queries.
The role will include:- Resolving issues with bespoke Online/offline application support software- Responding to individual user issues via email- Identifying system problems (bugs)- Identifying possible trends which indicate a larger system issue and escalate them to the test team - Create/update support issues raised via email- Monitoring support call queues and adjusting case situations to reflect resolution of previously escalated bugs.
