An excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager has arisen to join a fantastic organisation based in Putney, London.
The role will involve managing IT service delivery across the organisation, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality and end-user satisfaction.
You will have deep experience of the most up to date version of ITIL, knowing how and when to apply the principles in a practical approach.
You will have 3-5 years' experience in managing multiple IT partners on behalf of an international company. You will also have experience of spending time on the supplier side; giving you a full in-depth knowledge of the challenges on both sides of successful IT Service Delivery.
Key responsibilities:
·Accountable for owning, managing service delivery from one or more supplier accounts.
·Provide a focus for SLA management and end-user satisfaction; ensuring information systems and the review structure for SLAs and end-user satisfaction are in place and effectively used.
·Continuous and demonstrable improvement of productivity resulting in increased cost effectiveness and value.
·Ensure processes are in place to pro-actively protect consistent service quality through rigorous management of change control and acceptance into service procedures.
·Ensure resources, capabilities and capacity meets both existing and new business demand.
·Provide expert problem management support to difficulty, high profile issues and ensure root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed.
·Oversee the integration of all service delivery units and constantly improve the quality and inter-working of the whole 'virtual' service team, including suppliers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end delivery of service.
·Ensure robust tools and - where relevant - technological platforms are in place to support the environment and best service solution.
Experience
·Significant experience of leading and managing partners/ supplies within an operational service delivery or shared service environment.
·Experience in managing and supporting outsourcing bids, from tender through to successful implementation.
·Proven experience of contract negotiation and supplier management; experience of successfully integrating enterprise and operational requirements into supplier relationships.
