The position’s main responsibilities:
- Liaise and manage a portfolio of clients (HNWI or small businesses)
- Gain excellent exposure to customer services, administration, sales and relationship management and underwriting and risk in the business.
- Gain knowledge about business and personal banking
- Look after high net worth individuals and small businesses
- The role will have multiple responsibilities across all areas of customer relationship management. As you progress you will specialise into a sector that you are comfortable with
- Academic progression through a relevant professional qualification - for someone who wants to take their career in banking to the next level with an excellent financial services institution.
To be a really strong member of the team and a good addition to this organisation you must possess these key skills:
- Experience or understanding either personal or business banking. This could be within customer experience and administration, marketing or underwriting and risk.
- Excellent telephony skills and customer relationship experience
- A strong understanding of business or personal banking with a desire to move your career forward.
- A background in banking and preferably working towards getting a professional qualification
- A degree in any specialism or equivalent experience.
