A leading Specialist insurance company in the North West are looking for an enthusiastic Development Team Lead to join and take ownership of their development team.
The Ideal candidate will have:
*Strong Development experience specifically a solid Knowledge of C# and VB.Net.
*Experience working within an OpenGI environment. (Preferable)
*Insurance/Financial Services experience. (preferable)
*Demonstrable Leadership and Staff management/Development experience.
*Workload/Project Management skills.
*Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
The succesful candidate will show a passion for development with a hands-on approach that will enable them to provide examples, lead and mentor members of the development team.
Salary is upwards of £30K but is negotiable based on experience.
