The purpose of the role is to provide high-quality CRM support and expertise to improve data quality and system responsiveness; and improve the client's ability to pro-actively address the needs of the EMEA region. The successful applicant will act as the liaison between global and regional needs to ensure efficient and effective business development, matter/opportunity management,and reporting processes.This role is "techno-functional", meaning that the individual will have sufficient technical expertise to act as front-line support for the suite of CRM tools including: salesforce.com, Exact Target (moving to Eloqua) and BoardEx. Essential Skills:Proven experience of working in a similar role at manager level. An excellent technical and working knowledge of salesforce.com and email marketing software such as Exact Target, Eloqua and BoardEx.A solid understanding of managing CRM strategy and email marketing A background working in a corporate environment is essential, professional services experience is preferredExperience dealing and communicating with senior management Experience working as part of an international team is desiredExcellent working knowledge of MS Office Qualified to a degree level (2.1) or equivalent
