Online Community Manager

Online community manager required for a reputable organisation based in North Leeds. You will be responsible for creating and delivering an online customer community, reporting directly into the Head of Community.

You will have your finger on the pulse of the target audience, identifying emerging trends and opportunities to better connect with them.

Main Responsibilities:

· Develop a clear and demonstrable understanding of our target audiences
· Co-ordinate and foster the development and significant growth of a customer led online community which actively encourages participation
· Generate compelling editorial content and customer engagement activities, encouraging community interaction and user contribution of high quality content and discussion
· Be the Product Owner for the Agile delivery team
· Develop robust processes and controls and moderation tools that prevent inaccuracy
· Identify, monitor and respond to appropriate external benchmark measurements of engagement, identifying opportunities to grow and enrich our online community
· Collaborate with key people internally to ensure that community based activity is aligned and understood
