IT Support Analyst - Consultancy - London - required strong in Windows XP, 7, 2003, MS Active Directory, MS Office, desktop support and ITIL to work for my London based Consultancy client. You will be working as part of a small team providing support to clients, consultants and internal users through remote, phone and face to face support. To be chosen the Support Analyst must have excellent experience in 1st and 2nd line support (helpdesk and desktop) ideally in a professional services (consultancy / client support) supporting technologies including Windows XP, 7, Windows Server 2008 (R2), MS Active Directory and MS Office.
