Service Desk Analyst - Media - London

Service Desk Analyst (Windows, XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS, Snow leopard, Lion, Active Directory) - London - £20 - £25k - required for a global media and advertising company. The role will be supporting all users by telephone, remote and desk-side assistance. The Service desk analyst will work to defined SLA's, ensuring that all calls are logged, prioritised and escalated according to ITIL methodologies. Having a strong customer focused background and dealing with high call volumes will be highly beneficial.

Technical Skills required:
·Windows XP, Vista and 7
·Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Lion
·Knowledge of Google Apps
·MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer
·Lotus Notes or Outlook
·Microsoft Active Directory
