Service Desk Analyst required by our Digital Media client in Central London.
Ideally you will have a Maths, Science or a Business Management degree with an interest in Publishing and at least 1 years commercial experience in a Service Desk Support position working within ITIL environment. The role is a pure night shift position on a "4 on 4 off" rota and will be responsible for supporting tablet applications and helping editorial teams meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Dealing with a range of key stakeholders you will be in a highly driven team environment.
Candidates must be happy to work night shifts, with a view to further opportunities within the client environment.
