Service Desk Analyst required by my Media client based in London.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will provide primarily remote support to a large user base in a cross-platform (PC/Mac) environment.
In order to be successful the Service Desk Analyst will need to have experience of providing technical support for Windows as well as a recent Mac OS, MS Office, Outlook (or Lotus Notes) and Active Directory as well as some exposure to Google Apps. You should have knowledge of ITIL and ideally have experience of working in an ITIL environment.
This is an urgent contract role with a strong possibility of leading to a permanent role in 2-3 months.
