My client is looking for a E-Commerce Service Manager to deliver IT services to the direct/E-Commerce elements of the business and to ensure systems and processes are aligned between both IT and E-Commerce. Responsibilities will also include to own and manage internal and external supplier relationships, manage incident and defects relating to the websites and generate and manage major incidents, monitor the website activity via 3rd party applications, formulate and deliver a service improvement plan and develop disaster recovery plans for the website.
