Service Desk Analyst required by my Investment Banking client based at Canary Wharf.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will join a Tier One Investment Bank and provide support 1st line support to the trade floor.
In order to be successful the Service Desk Analyst will need to have experience of supporting traders in an Investment Banking environment. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting Windows XP/7, Lotus Notes and Market Data applications (Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon/3000 Extra, Fidessa).
This is a newly created role as this area of the Bank are creating a 1st Line Support function for the Trade Floor. The shifts for this role will be 08:00 - 16:00.
