Oracle Developer

The Oracle SOA Lead developer will work as part of this clients newly formed Middleware Team. The role is to design, develop, maintain and support all Oracle SOA Middleware systems that are an integral and essential part of their IT systems.

The Oracle Middleware SOA Lead developer should have industry experience in the following:
* Oracle SOA Suite version 11g
* Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
* Oracle MDS
* Oracle WebLogic
* WebLogic JMS
* BPEL, BPM, BPMN
* BRE
* Adapters - DB, AQ, File, JMS
* Oracle WSM
* DVM
* Java and Java web services
* JMS Servers
* Working in an Agile environment
* Good understanding of XML Schemas/XSLT, XPATH, WSDL, REST concepts

The main duties of this role will include:-
* Ensure services API dependencies are documented and tracked
* Ensure "testability" and "supportability" of the solution is designed in from the start
* Be responsible for ensuring the incidents, problems and changes are completed and implemented within appropriate agreements
* Design of Oracle Fusion components for high performance with IT systems
* Fusion Middleware fault handling, transaction handling and graceful recovery
* Performance tuning of Oracle systems including WebLogic, SOA Suite and OSB
* Integration of software systems
* Implementation of new technologies and developments to existing systems
