HR Administrator - Fluent in French & Dutch

A global leader in their market, my client is currently seeking a HR Administrator who is fluent in French & Dutch. Providing HR administration support for circa. 600 employees based in Holland and Belgium the ideal candidate will have the ability to write all contracts (i.e. offer letters, new starters, leavers etc.) in both French and Dutch, provide advice and guidance on all HR policies and procedures and support the HR Advisors and Hiring Managers in administering the full recruitment process. This is a high volume, fast paced role; the preferred candidate will have previous experience of working within a HR team, liaising with key stakeholders and excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in HR systems is desirable but not essential.
