2nd/3rd Line Technicl Support Analyst (AD, Exchange, MAC OS, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008, ITIL) requried for our London based client. You will join a busy service desk, responsible for all ICT related work, supporting a demanding user base in London. The successful analyst will monitor phone calls and emails and manage these accordingly, ensuring everything is logged, prioritised and categorised. You will also need to support end users, investigate issues and escalate through the correct channels. Holding an MCSA or equivalent will be beneficial for this role, but having experience of AD and Exchange Administration, Micorsoft Server and desktop Operating systems, Apple Mac and Blackberry Enterprise Servers will be essential.
