A business-to-business organisation based in Coventry is currently looking for a Training Officer to have responsibility for the full training cycle, from training needs analysis to the evaluation stage.
Key Accountabilities:
· Identify and analyse development needs to meet strategic business objectives
· Prepare materials and administrative documents pre and post training to record the learning event, attendees , assessment and evaluation results
· Deliver learning activities using a variety of learning methodologies to suit the event and client requirements
· Develop necessary support materials to meet the needs identified and within agreed timescales
· Produce effective written and statistical reports for internal and client use
· Maintain a positive, customer orientated attitude when interacting with internal customers
Key Experience & Attributes:
· Recognised training qualification or equivalent
· Two years learning & development experience or similar experience in a customer service environment
· Ability to interact effectively with all delegates and internal departments
· Demonstrate creativity through training materials
· Ability to influence and motivate others
· Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
