Great opportunity for a Release Analyst with good implementation skills to join a global charity based in central London.
The Release Analyst will be responsible for the running of ITIL Service Management processes change, release & deployment and service asset & configuration manager.
Release is a big aspect of this role so previous release implementation experience is essential.
Release Analysts must be ITIL Certified, preferably to an Intermediate level.
Release Analysts who wish to be considered for this role must display the following skills and expertise:
-2+ years’ experience in a similar Release Analyst type role
-Solid knowledge of Release Management (Implementation)
-Experience with Change Management & Service Transition
-Good Project Management skills
-ITIL Certified (Foundation as a minimum)
