ISEB Intermediate qualified QA Manager required for a reputable organisation based in Sheffield (South Yorkshire), to be accountable for the delivery of outcome and quality targets through the effective management of the quality assurance team:
* Driving and promoting a climate of team success through strong recruitment, development and performance management of the team
* Assigning and managing the distribution of workload to the team, ensuring that each team member has an achievable yet challenging distribution of work
* Directly leading and managing the performance of the team, coaching to deliver high performance through people and dealing with any underperformance as required
* This role will require you to work across the country where needed within each project
* Documenting and implement test plans for new functionality or to fill gaps in functional testing where they are identified
What you need:
* Full product lifecycle delivery experience in a software environment
* Experience of testing within MS Dynamics CRM 2011
* ISEB Intermediate Certification in Software Testing
* Degree in Computing or substantial work experience in software testing on large and complex projects
* Substantial testing experience with multiple technologies
* Previous Management experience
* Practical and systematic approach to testing
* High quality documentation
* Good communication skills
