A highly successful company require a Service Delivery Consultant to undertake managed services and support and consultancy services for the company.
My clients are experts in desktop Virtualisation having successfully delivered desktop and application delivery solutions to more than a quarter of the FTSE 100 and almost a third of the country's leading public sector organisations.
Duties of the role include:
Managed Services and Support
· Maintain all services within the SLA and other targets
· Contribute as part of the wider service delivery team to the effective delivery of Managed
Service and Support for customers
· Take responsibility for the performance and stability of managed services environments
· Provide pro-active advice and guidance and remedial action as required
· Work within customer change management processes
Project Consultancy
· Estimate, plan, deliver and document consultancy projects as directed by the project office
· Proactively monitor and feedback on project delivery against estimates and deliverables
· Work as an individual consultant, a project team member or a project team leader depending on the size and complexity of the project
Business Opportunities
· Proactively seek new business opportunities with existing and new clients
· Suggest improvements to the products and services
Personal Development
· Undertake personal development and technical training/certification in line with annual objectives
There is also opportunity for you to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and appraisal of one or more analysts if you have previous team leadership experience.
Key Skills required for the role include:
* Cloud Architecture - IaaS/SaaS/DaaS
* Application Delivery & Virtualisation
* Desktop transformation projects (VDI)
* Infrastructure Architecture Design Solutions
