Our Prestigious NHS client is seeking a heavy hitting Programme Level IT professional to be responsible for developing and leading a strategically oriented IT Demand Management team. The successful candidate will lead the corporate decision-making process for selecting, optimising and executing IT projects, deploying IT solutions and harvesting benefits, all based on the organisation's strategic plan and available resources. You will lead Demand Management and IT Governance processes to capture IT projects requirements and gain senior management approval and budget allocation. You will also be required to manage relationships with multiple vendors and assure compliance with Services Level Agreements and work closely IT Project Managers and Business Analysts to help balance portfolio and workload. You must be a technology focused Programme and Portfolio level manager with excellent understanding of the NHS landscape and previous experience in the Healthcare domain.Image may be NSFW.
