Interim Head of HR required to join my Public Sector client based in the West Midlands for a minimum of 3 months. Working on a fixed term contract directly with my client this role is to take accountability for the HR function, mentor and motivate the team, and get stuck into the day to day operational issues and also projects to improve HR service delivery. This role also will have a 'bigger picture' remit of HR and the organisation and will involve setting and delivering HR strategies at a senior level and influencing key stakeholders. There are lots of exciting changes happening within the organisation over the coming months to be a part of.
The successful candidate will be a commercial and professional senior HR professional who has operated at either Head of HR or HR Director level and your CV will reflect both your strategic and operational HR experience and ability to wear both hats depending on what you are doing. CIPD qualified (or equivalent) is preferred along with the ability to align HR strategy with a commercial outlook.Image may be NSFW.
