SOA Test Analyst - SOA - Scripts - Cases - Agile - Test Plans
A well-established organisation in Milton Keynes is seeking a SOA Test Analyst to join their growing team. You will complete the test analysis, execution and related activities with this role requiring a high degree of testing knowledge & expertise to ensure testing activity is completed to schedule and in accordance with procedures and standards.
You will analyse functional and non-functional requirements for each project, liaise with the Test Coordinator to ensure work is progressing to schedule, undertake test preparation and test execution as well as raise defects where necessary and ensure test evidence is supplied to the development team.
Reporting testing progress and product quality will be key along with the following experience:
· Experience of testing Services within a Service Oriented Architecture
· Experience of using Tools to test a Service Oriented Architecture
· Experience with ORACLE databases, data migration and the ability to write complex SQL statements is required
· Relevant experience within a structured system testing environment
· Proven organisational ability and experience of test scheduling
· Good awareness of modern testing methodologies, practices and approaches and strong understanding of the system development life cycle.
· Evidence of developing and maintaining good and effective relationships with internal and external business partners
