Sales Coordinator, Order Processing, Customer focus, SLA, Moves, Adds, Changes£25k + Benefits + Career Progression London Based A leading name within the managed services/telecoms market place requires a Sales Coordinator with experience of dealing with customer's quotation and the processing of customer orders.The Sales Desk Co-ordinator is responsible for processing, closing and handing into Operations for all of the EMEA function in an efficient and timely manner in accordance with key Operational Level Agreements and metrics.In addition, the Sales Coordinator may be called upon to assist with more complex or large-scale solution and pricing exercises to provide 1st line support to Opportunity Management and the Technical Consulting teams providing knowledge and administrative support.Managing simple orders end to end from customer first contact through to the handoff to the technical service delivery teamsThe capture and qualification of technical requirements for simple adds, moves and changes for existing Liaison with both internal and external customers in order to ensure appropriate information is collected, needs captured and documentation completedEnsure that the systems are kept up to date for orders being worked on, such that the account manager and management team can view and report on orders in the system accurately.Arrange for appropriate technical documentation to be completed by relevant personnel.Completion of quote request forms where 3rd party inputs are required Monitoring work queues for new Opportunities being passed into Sales Desk and responding within set timescales to meet internal OLAs.Become a valued advocate of the Sales Desk ensuring a favourable perception of the department internally and externally.Assist with the completion of price tools to create a buy price that protects profit requirements.Liaison with Technical Consulting to seek approval for non-standard or complex solutionsExcellent numeracy skills including the ability to manipulate numerical data, and assess optionsGood literacy skills including the ability to write coherent, well-structured sales content to accompany customer quotes.Skills and Knowledge required:A basic knowledge of technology used to comprise products in the following areas:Wide Area Networking (including Cisco & access types)Global carrier marketsCo-location and data centresManaged hostingManaged applicationsGood skills with all Microsoft tools especially Word, Excel and VisioBasic project co-ordination skillsDemonstrable successful involvement in a sales IT environmentEnthusiastic & energeticDemonstrable appetite to learnStrong attention to detailAbility to communicate with people at all levels and to articulateConsultative customer skillsStrong sales orientation and sales instincts or selling skillsStrong commercial acumen and numeracyStrong verbal analytical capabilityExcellent writing skills; especially sales-oriented writingManaging multiple deliverables and opportunitiesLondon Based£25k + Benefits + Career ProgressionSales Coordinator, Order Processing, Customer focus, SLA, Moves, Adds, Changes
