My prestigious client in Northamptonshire is looking for an Incident Manager on initial 3 months placement.
The contractor with need to be ITIL certified in Incident Management and possibly other ITIL disciplines and will have had experience in running and / or implementing Incident Management preferably in a large organisation. Additionally they will have managed a Service (or Help) Desk in the past but this does not to be recent.
