IT Operations Contact Centre Manager - Nottingham - £50-55k. A large organisation in Nottingham is looking for a Manager to work within their IT Operations function, who has extensive experience managing call / contact centres.You will need to have strong stakeholder management skills, as you will manage customers and suppliers, both internally and externally. This will require experience working within a complex environment, ideally which is ITIL aligned. You will take ownership of Service Performance across all of Operations. You will also be responsible for service recovery strategies, real-time service management of all contact centres globally and act as the point of escalation for major incidents. If you have experience managing call-centre operations, in IT Service Delivery, and are ITIL certified then I would like to hear from you. Please send your CV to David Procter in the first instance.
